By downloading, installing, or using the Lumina application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Lumina is a smart home dashboard application that provides a unified interface for managing and monitoring your connected home devices, calendar, weather, music, and camera feeds. The App integrates with third-party platforms and services to deliver its functionality.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lumina. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Lumina connects to third-party services including, but not limited to, Apple HomeKit, calendar providers, and music streaming platforms. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the property of Lumina and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of smart home device controls through Lumina is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages resulting from smart home device malfunctions, data loss, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lumina operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
